All of us at The WAVE are excited to announce our brand new Sunday Brunch partner, The Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel, beginning Sunday, November 6th, hosted by Talaya Trigueros.
Our brand new Sunday Brunch location will includes everything our legendary Sunday Brunch is known for: elegance, live music, great food, and of course free flowing champagne.
Below are the details about our brand new Sunday Brunch location:
Location: The Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel, 11461 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles 90049 (Located just off the 405 Freeway)
Time: 11am-3pm
Price: $49.99 for adults / $24.99 children 12 and under

The Sunday Brunch menu includes:
- Omelette Station – Eggs “your way” from eggs which come from Cage-free Chickens From Farm Fresh Selection: Piquillo Peppers, Seasonal Mushrooms, Scallions, Potatoes, Zucchini, Herbs, Chorizo, Garlic, Jalapeno, Tomatoes, Feta cheese, Gruyere, Cheddar, Rock Shrimps, Smoked Salmon.
- Carving Station – Roasted Prime Ribs au jus, Atlantic Sea bass with Romesco Sauce, Assorted rolls, Potato Martini Bar, Sweet Potato Mash, Butternut Squash, Farmer’s Market Vegetable Selection.
- Seafood Display – Array of Locally Smoked Fish, Gravlax, Marlin, Sturgeon, Shrimp Cocktail, Shrimp Ceviche, King Crab Legs and Claws with cocktail sauce, Selection of Seasonal Oysters on the Half Shell with Mignonette Sauce.
- Viennese Table – Assorted Artisan Breads, Croissants, Danishes, Assorted Bagels, Pastries, Deserts, Cakes, Fruit and other Confections, Verrines of Strawberry shortcake, Pannacotta, Crème Brulé.

Looks like a great place to try brunch! I enjoyed the ones at I. Cugini, and will be trying out the famous Spaghettini Nov. 13! Can’t wait!

So pleased you are going to feature Wil Donato at the next event at the Luxe! He is just a fabulous sax player, whose dedication and soulful style are really elegant as well as playful. He’s wonderful to listen to and to watch in performance. Play more Wil on the Wave!

I second that. Will is a class act but the funniest sax player ever. His sense of humor will have you in absolute stitches for his entire performance. The trio performs all your favorite tunes but adds the comedy that you will not find in any other performers sets.
