This Sunday is the biggest night of the year for the music industry, the 54th Annual GRAMMY Awards on CBS. And before the show from 1-3:30pm PT, don’t miss the GRAMMY Awards Pre-Telecast Ceremony, co-hosted by our good friend Dave Koz, who is nominated for Best Pop Instrumental Album for his album Hello Tomorrow.
Saxophonist Dave Koz will be joined by rap star and Recording Academy Los Angeles Chapter President MC Lyte as they host the Pre-Telecast Ceremony from the Los Angeles Convention Center. The ceremony is attended by both nominees and VIPs in the music industry.
Scheduled to perform during the telecast are nominees Kim Burrell, Le’Andria Johnson, Kelly Price, Trin-I-Tee 5:7 in a “Ladies of Gospel” segment, and more.
The first GRAMMYs to be awarded for the night will be presented by current nominees Gerald Clayton, Chick Corea, Brandon Heath, Arturo O’Farill, OK Go, Corinne Bailey Rae, and Esperanza Spalding.
The GRAMMY Awards Pre-Telecast will be streamed live online at both www.grammy.com/live and www.cbs.com and will be available online on-demand for 30 days on grammy.com.
The 54th Annual GRAMMY Awards can be seen beginning at 8pm on CBS.
And of course, you can see Dave Koz along with his super group which includes Kirk Whalum, Rick Braun, and Richard Elliot, perform at The WAVE’s 25th Anniversary Concert on Sunday, February 19 at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live! For tickets click here.
