Last September I emceed a fabulous music event starring Aaron Meyer at the Madrid Theatre supported by the people who care about culture in the West Valley: Spotlight the Arts.

Well, this Monday you’re invited to a FREE celebration of Shakespeare’s birthday with a dramatic reading of the play that opened the historic Globe Theatre: “Henry V” on Monday, April 23rd at 7:30 PM in Founders Hall at the Calabasas Library on Civic Center Way.

It sounds like a great night for lovers of the Bard, and families hoping to introduce their children to great theater. And it’s the first in series of works from different eras with the theme of war and it’s impact.
