Dodgers’ rookie outfielder Yasiel Puig has had an electrifying first month in the Major Leagues after being pulled up from the Minor Leagues on June 3rd.

The Cuban native has captivated Dodger nation ever since he came out of the dugout strong with a multi-hit first game against the Padres, and the hits just kept on coming for the rookie.

The Dodgers MLB page recently put together a highlights reel of Puig’s historic debut month that shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

The video description reads, “The Dodgers’ Yasiel Puig had a record-setting first month in the bigs, his 44 hits second in MLB history in that span after Joe DiMaggio,” who leads with 48 hits in May 1936.
