You’ve heard of an Automated Teller Machine, more commonly known as an ATM.

But you probably have never heard of an Automated Thanking Machine.  That is until now.

TD Canada Trust bank set up ATM’s, in this case Automated Thanking Machines, at various locations throughout Canada.  Each machine not only dispensed money, but gifts to their customers using the machines.

Upon placing their ATM card in the machine, it greeted the customer by name and told them they wanted to thank them.

Gifts included a trip to Disneyland, a bouquet of roses, a first pitch at a baseball game, and setting up a savings plan for a women’s children for college.

And one in particular for a woman taking care of her only daughter who lives in Trinidad, who has cancer and just went through an operation.   Her gift, plane tickets to see her daughter.

Some of the incredible emotional reactions were caught on camera.  Watch them below:

The video ends with “A thank you can change someone’s day.”  And they are so right.
