After years of calling Pico Blvd. home, Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles mid-city location will be moving.

According to Curbed Los Angeles, a building permit was issued for new construction on the corner northwest corner of LaBrea and Washington and then in late July another permit was filed which identified the location as a new Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles, less than one mile from its current location.

Eater LA was able to able to speak to someone at the famous restaurant who said yes indeed, they will be moving from Pico Blvd. to the new location once it’s built.

Look for the new location to be open, if all goes well, sometime early 2017.
