Ariana Grande is the latest star to be sued for alleged copyright infringement, reports the BBC.

Songwriter Alex Greggs, who has worked with Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake and Michael Jackson, is accusing Grande of ripping off a track that he released two years ago. The Canadian songwriter, record producer and remixer says Grande’s David Guetta-produced tune “One Last Time” has the same chorus as his EDM track, “Takes All Night,” which he wrote for Skye Stevens.

Greggs is reportedly suing for a cut of the profits from the track, which was written by Guetta, Savan Kotecha, Giorgio Tuinfort, Rami Yacoub and Carl Falk.

Here are the two tracks.

This isn’t the first time Grande has been accused of stealing someone else’s ideas. Last year, Australian band Safia accused Ariana Grande of copying their video for “You Are the One” in her clip for “One Last Time” but the trio later stated that similarities “might just be a coincidence.”
