I enjoyed meeting Cheech very much, as I was one of the first disc jockeys in the USA to play the Cheech & Chong classic “Santa Claus & His Old Lady” right before Christmas back in 1971.

Cheech was very friendly and enjoyed meeting Chicano art fans, as well as his many personal fans at the kickoff on October 26th. The exhibition was first envisioned by Homeira Goldstein, founder and chairman of the nonprofit Time4Art.
