Dave Caprita began his long radio career at the ripe age of thirteen, which means he’s celebrating his fiftieth anniversary this year entertaining listeners from Miami to Seattle, Vegas to LA.  Dave has been with 947, The Wave since 2003.  He has hosted and co hosted many morning shows over the years and  was one of the first in the nation to host a show exclusively dedicated to smooth jazz. In addition to filling in for the rest of The WAVE gang when needed, Dave hosts Saturday and Sunday nights from eight to midnight.

Dave’s voice can also be heard on national and local radio and TV spots and he has been acting for stage, film and TV for the past three decades.  Dave is also a short story and script writer as well as a playwright whose work has been seen on stage in Los Angeles.
